Aaron joined the firm in 2023 as an accomplished plaintiff’s personal injury trial attorney, having secured seven-figure jury verdicts on behalf of injured plaintiffs in multiple counties across the state. In 2019, as reported by TopVerdict, Aaron secured one of the top 50 plaintiff’s verdicts in the State of New York.
With a legal career that spans two decades, Aaron has extensive experience in the pursuit and resolution of complex personal injury matters, including claims arising out of medical malpractice, misdiagnosis, product liability, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, and construction/ workplace accidents.
For the past eight years, beginning in 2015, Aaron has been identified as a Super Lawyer in the fields of medical malpractice and products liability in Upstate New York Super Lawyers®, a publication with membership limited to the top 5% of lawyers in each state. Aaron’s advocacy on behalf of injured plaintiff’s has also earned him a lifetime membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum®, as well as recognition by the National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in New York State.
Since 2019 Aaron has been invited to speak yearly as a guest lecturer at SUNY Upstate College of Health Professionals on the topic of charting and risk management.
Aaron is a 2002 graduate of the Albany Law School of Union University, where he was inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a national honor society that recognizes superior skill in trial and oral advocacy. He is also a 1996 graduate of the State University of New York at Potsdam.
As an active member of the Central New York community Aaron was appointed to the Board of the Attorney Grievance Committee, 5th Judicial District, which serves the counties of Onondaga, Oneida, Oswego, Herkimer, Jefferson, and Lewis. He served as the President of the Onondaga County Bar Association (2019-2020), and he is currently serving a second term as a member of the Board of Education for the West Genesee Central School District.
