1. Young Women's Breast Cancer Support Group

This support group, hosted by Hematology-Oncology Associates of CNY, is specifically for young women in their 20s to 40s diagnosed with breast cancer.

Meetings are held bi-monthly, offering a safe and understanding environment to discuss unique challenges. The group gathers on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays each month from 5:00 - 6:30 p.m. at 5008 Brittonfield Parkway, East Syracuse, NY. 2. Head and Neck Cancer Support Group of CNY

This group meets monthly to offer support and education to patients, survivors, and caregivers dealing with head and neck cancer. Meetings focus on self-help and group support, featuring speakers and discussions about coping with the disease and its treatment.

3. Laurie's Hope Breast Cancer Support Program – YMCA of Greater Syracuse

Laurie's Hope provides a one-year free YMCA membership to breast cancer survivors. 4. Men to Men Prostate Cancer Support Group

This group is dedicated to helping men deal with prostate cancer. It offers community-based education and support, focusing on self-help and group support. Meetings are held online or in-person at 5 p.m. on the last Thursday of every month at OASIS/HEALTHLINK, One Telergy Parkway/6333 State Route 298, East Syracuse, NY 13057. Meetings are not conducted during major holidays and in December. The group is affiliated with Upstate University Hospital but welcomes patients from all area hospitals.

5. Sisters in Strength - Hope for Heather
